Fall is in the Air

It's been a while. We have been pretty busy. I have worked a little extra this week. My co-teacher has been out after gallbladder surgery and a bad back! When I haven't been working, I have been busy with field trips and Emmitt! Jesstine is gearing up to start swim lessons and take a break from dance for a month. She is also reading chapter books! Okay, so they are the EARLY chapter books that have a lot of pictures, but she is SUCH a good reader! Emmitt has been busy cutting another tooth...that has yet to come in! He has had cold like symptoms twice in the last few months. None of us have had them, so I am pretty sure it is teething! His gums are pretty inflamed! He sure is cuddly though! So, here is what we have been up to!
He thought it was funny that Mommy could fit in his hat!

Emmitt got his first real boo boo. He thought the "stickers" that grandma put on them were SO cool!

Playing with Mac. He found this treasure at a garage sale for 75 cents!

Gearing up for Halloween matey!

Silly boy!

Daddy/Daughter/Grandmom date to "Bugs Bunny at the Symphony."

Where she walked away with another sleeping buddy!

Dual Dumpties on the way to school in the morning. Emmitt has seen Jesstine carry Dumpty almost everyday, so he decided he would bring Mr. Dumpty along as well!

Cuddles with my boy!

Another bookworm in the making!

And of course, last but not least...Jesstine's first Kindergarten field trip to the pumpkin patch!
A show about pumpkins before pumpkin picking!

Class picture and hitching a ride to the corn maze and pumpkin patch.

Fwiends!!! (The little boy in the right corner is who she talks about most. At one point they were holding hands.)

Nature!

Jesstine wanted to sit with her teacher on the ride to the pumpkin patch!

Perfectly picked pumpkins (the orange ones, not the little girls)!

This is the girl who is scared of the slide at Pump It Up!!!

Obstacle course!

Bounce house fun!

Tunnels!

Eating a sack lunch!

In Him,
The Hutchins Family
